This valve is specifically designed for applications where the valve is installed at high elevations — such as on overhead pipelines, elevated platforms, or pit installations — making direct manual operation impractical. The chainwheel operator allows the valve to be opened or closed from ground level by pulling an endless chain, eliminating the need for ladders, scaffolding, or working at heights.
The PTFE lined seat and disc provide a complete fluoropolymer barrier that isolates all wetted metal components from the process media. This construction delivers exceptional corrosion resistance for handling aggressive chemicals, strong acids, strong bases, and other corrosive fluids. The valve is manufactured using primary PTFE micropowder — never recycled materials — and passes 30KV electric spark testing with zero penetration at 16 bar water pressure.
The compact wafer body design installs directly between standard pipeline flanges using through-bolts, saving space, weight, and installation time. The split body PTFE/PFA lining construction is particularly suitable for the chemical industry, offering good resistance to corrosion, self-cleaning properties, easy disinfection for potable water systems, and reduced weight with low pressure loss.

1. Chainwheel Operator — Safe, Remote Manual Operation from Ground Level
Allows valve operation from ground level, eliminating the need for ladders, scaffolding, or working at heights — ideal for elevated pipelines and hard-to-reach installations.
Torque is amplified through the gear reduction ratio (eg: 36:1), meaning very little hand force on the chain can generate significant closing/opening force — particularly suitable for large-diameter valves.
Accessories such as chain box/collector (stores excess chain, prevents tangling), limit switch box (provides open/closed position feedback), and chain lock (prevents accidental operation) can be incorporated for enhanced safety and signal transmission.
2. PTFE Lined Seat & Disc — Superior Corrosion Resistance for Aggressive Media
Dual PTFE lining on both the seat and disc ensures total media isolation from metal components.
PTFE offers excellent chemical stability, resisting strong acids (sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric, hydrofluoric, aqua regia), strong bases, and strong oxidizers across pH 0–14.
