This wafer butterfly valve features a C95400 aluminum bronze disc, ductile iron body, replaceable EPDM seat, and hand lever, available DN50-DN3000. The C95400 disc offers superior corrosion resistance in seawater and aggressive environments, while the ductile iron body provides high strength with epoxy coating protection. The replaceable EPDM seat enables field service without pipeline removal, reducing downtime and lifecycle costs. It delivers bubble-tight sealing for water, seawater, and mild chemicals from -20°C to +120°C, with bidirectional shut-off. Fully customizable materials, pressure ratings, and actuation.
