Threaded lug inserts allow bolted connection to a single flange for end-of-line isolation.
Rated for bi-directional service at full rated pressure, making it ideal for isolation points, system expansion connections, and maintenance shut-offs.
Compatible with ANSI 125# and 150# flanges, EN 1092 PN10/PN16 flanges, and JIS 10K.
2. Ductile Iron Body and Disc – High Strength & Impact Resistance
Both body and disc cast from ductile iron (GGG40/500-7), delivering tensile strength >400 MPa (65 ksi) and excellent elongation (~15%).
Provides high impact resistance and superior ductility compared to gray cast iron.
Epoxy coating (any RAL color, minimum 250μm thickness) provides excellent external corrosion protection.
3. EPDM Seat – Reliable Water Service Sealing
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) offers bubble-tight shut-off (Class VI) for water, treated water, and mild chemicals.
Excellent resistance to water, steam, ozone, UV, and aging – ideal for outdoor and buried installations.
