1. Extended Stem for Insulation Clearance
Positions the hand lever or actuator above insulation layers, protective barriers, or underground chambers, eliminating the need to remove insulation for valve access.
Customizable stem length, typically extending 20%–50% longer than standard, enabling above-ground operation for valves buried at depth.
2. Lug Body with Bi-Directional Dead-End Service
Threaded lug inserts allow direct bolting to a single flange, enabling end-of-line installation at full rated pressure.
Rated for bi-directional dead-end service, making it ideal for isolation points and maintenance shut-offs where downstream piping may be removed.
3. Bubble-Tight Resilient Sealing
EPDM seat (standard) delivers zero leakage (Class A) for water, HVAC, and mild chemical services (-20℃ to +120℃).
Viton (FKM) or PTFE seat options for high-temperature or aggressive chemical applications (-35℃ to +200℃).
4. ISO 5211 Direct Actuator Mounting
Standardized mounting interface enables direct attachment of electric, pneumatic, or gear operators without custom brackets.
