Eliminated Shear Pins: Stainless steel shafts replace failure-prone pins, increasing torsional strength by 45% and preventing disc dislodgement during water hammer events.
2. Corrosion & Abrasion Defense
Body:You can choosethe ductile iron paiting 300µm fusion-bonded epoxy for acid/alkali resistance.
Disc: 316L SS or duplex 2205 with electropolished surface (Ra≤0.8µm) to reduce cavitation damage.
3. High-Performance Sealing
EPDM or PTFE Seat: Resilient EPDM for bubble-tight shutoff (-20°C to 120°C); optional PTFE for chemical resistance (pH 0-14).
4. Low-Torque Operation
