1. Ductile Iron Body–High Strength & Impact Resistance
GGG40/500-7 ductile iron delivers tensile strength exceeding 400 MPa (65 ksi) and excellent elongation.
Provides high impact resistance and superior durability compared to gray cast iron.
Epoxy coating (any RAL color) protects against external corrosion.
2. CF8 Stainless Steel Disc–Corrosion Resistant & Cost-Effective
CF8 (ASTM A351 Grade CF8 / AISI 304) offers good corrosion resistance for water and mild chemicals.
Smooth surface finish minimizes flow resistance and prevents media buildup.
Suitable for acids, alkalis, and neutral salt solutions.
3. EPDM Seat–Bubble-Tight Sealing for Water & HVAC Service
Excellent resistance to water, steam, ozone, UV, and aging.
Suitable for weak acid and weak alkali media.
Temperature range: approximately -20℃to +120℃.
4. SS431 Stainless Steel Stem–High Strength & Corrosion Resistance
Martensitic stainless steel offering one of the best combinations of corrosion resistance, high strength, and impact toughness among stainless steels.
High tensile and torsional strength–ideal for valve stem applications.
