1. CF8 Stainless Steel Body and Disc–Corrosion Resistant & Durable
Both body and disc cast from CF8 (ASTM A351 Grade CF8 / AISI 304), the cast equivalent of wrought 304 stainless steel.
Offers good corrosion resistance for water, mild chemicals, acids, alkalis, and neutral salt solutions.
Provides high strength and durability for long-term industrial service.
2. PTFE Seat–Chemical Inertness & Low Friction
PTFE is resistant to almost all acids, alkalis, solvents, and oxidizing agents.
Self-lubricating surface reduces operating torque and prevents media buildup.
Temperature range: approximately -35℃ to +200℃.
3. U-Type Body Design–Optimized Flow & Superior Sealing
U-shaped flow channel optimizes the fluid path, reducing pressure loss.
