The Tianjin Worlds lug butterfly valve features a ductile iron (GGG40) body with an epoxy coating, a CF8M (AISI 316) stainless steel disc, an SS416 stainless steel stem, and an NBR (nitrile rubber) seat, rated for PN16 (16 bar) service. Its lug‑style body with threaded inserts enables dead‑end service, allowing the valve to be bolted directly to a pipeline flange and withstand full rated pressure from one side – ideal for isolation, maintenance shut‑offs, and future line extensions. The CF8M disc offers excellent resistance to pitting and chloride corrosion, while the hardened SS416 stem provides high strength and wear resistance for reliable torque transmission. The NBR seat ensures bubble‑tight sealing with good oil, fuel, and grease resistance within –20℃ to +100℃, though it is not suited for outdoor UV/ozone exposure or strong acids/bases. Available from DN50 to DN2000, the valve complies with ISO 5211 for direct mounting of actuators, and is widely used in water treatment, oil and gas, fuel handling, and general industrial applications requiring dependable on/off and throttling control with oil resistance.

2. CF8M Stainless Steel Disc–Superior Corrosion Resistance
CF8M (AISI 316) offers excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride attack.
Ideal for seawater, brackish water, chemical, and industrial applications.
Outperforms standard 304 grades in saline or acidic conditions.
3. SS416 Stem–High Strength & Wear Resistance
Martensitic stainless steel with yield strength nearly double that of 316SS.
Excellent machinability and non-galling characteristics.
