1. Double Offset Eccentricity
Significantly reduces operating torque compared to concentric designs, enabling smaller actuators.
Its cam action lifts the disc away from the seat immediately upon opening, substantially minimizing friction and wear on the sealing surfaces for longer seal life.
This design provides excellent, bubble-tight shutoff (especially with resilient or metal seats) and suitability for higher pressures and temperatures.
2. Pneumatic Actuation Excellence
Enables rapid actuation and automation: Pneumatic actuators provide very fast opening and closing speeds, allowing for precise process control and easy integration into automated systems.
