1. C95500 Aluminum Bronze Disc–Superior Seawater & Corrosion Resistance
C95500 nickel-aluminum bronze offers superior saltwater corrosion resistance and is resistant to cavitation and erosion.
Tensile strength range of 90–110 ksi (620–758 MPa)–over twice the strength of standard 316 stainless steel.
Excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, heat, wear, and high‑impact conditions.
Stable mechanical properties at temperatures below 400°C.
Ideal for marine, offshore, desalination, and aggressive chemical environments.
2. U-Type Flanged WCB Body–High Strength & Rigidity
One-piece U-type body design provides high strength and can withstand significant pipeline stress.
WCB carbon steel (ASTM A216 Grade WCB) offers a temperature range of -29°C to +425°C and minimum tensile strength of 485 MPa.
Integral flanged ends provide rigid, leak-proof connections suitable for permanent installations and end-of-line service.
Epoxy coating (any RAL color) provides excellent external corrosion protection.
3. SS316 Stem–Corrosion-Resistant Torque Transmission
SS316 (AISI 316) stainless steel offers excellent resistance to pitting and corrosion in seawater and chemical environments.

4. EPDM Seat–Bubble-Tight Sealing for Water & Seawater Service
EPDM delivers zero leakage (Class VI) sealing for water, seawater, and mild chemical services.
Excellent resistance to water, steam, ozone, and aging–ideal for marine and outdoor installations.
Temperature range: -20℃ to +120℃.
Upgrade options: Viton (FKM) for aggressive chemicals/high temperatures, or PTFE for high-purity/wide temperature range.
