Integral Flanges on Both Ends–The valve bolts directly to mating pipe flanges on both sides, providing the most secure and rigid connection available–no shifting under pipe stress.
Easier Installation–With integral flanges, the valve is simpler to mount and align. No complicated centering procedures–just bolt it in place.
Bidirectional Dead-End Service–Supports isolation and removal of pipe sections on either side while the valve remains closed and sealed–a capability wafer valves cannot provide.
High Strength–Offers approximately twice the tensile strength of gray iron, ideal for PN16 service and pressure surge conditions.
Impact Resistance–The nodular graphite structure provides exceptional toughness, withstanding mechanical shock and vibration.
Corrosion Protection–Combined with standard epoxy coating (250μm minimum), provides reliable corrosion resistance for water and wastewater service.
Superior Corrosion Resistance–Excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, particularly in chloride environments and seawater.

Full Isolation of Metal–The vulcanized liner fully encapsulates all wetted metal surfaces, completely isolating the ductile iron body from the process fluid.
Eliminates Flange Gaskets–The vulcanized seat extends to the outer edge of the valve body, serving as an integrated flange seal–one less component to fail.
Quarter-Turn Operation–Rotates the disc 90° to open or close, enabling fast, precise flow control.
On-Off or Modulating–Available in switch-type or modulating versions with 4-20 mA feedback for PLC and SCADA integration.
Manual Override–Includes a handwheel for manual operation during power outages or maintenance.
