All major parameters of this valve are customizable to meet specific project requirements:
Body material: Ductile iron (GGG40) is offered as a standard option, with an epoxy coating applied for external corrosion protection. The coating color is customer-selectable – any RAL or custom color can be specified. Alternative body materials such as carbon steel (WCB), stainless steel (CF8, CF8M), or other alloys are also available upon request.
Disc material: Super duplex (5A) as described; other disc materials can be supplied if specified.
Seat elastomer: EPDM, NBR, or Viton – customer choice.
Pressure rating: No fixed default – each order is manufactured to the required rating, such as PN10, PN16, PN25, Class 150, Class 300, or others.
Flange standard: Conforms to customer specifications (e.g., EN 1092, ANSI B16.5, AS2129, etc.).
Size range: 18 inches (DN450) as described; other sizes from DN50 up to DN2000 are also available.
Double flanged body: Provides a rigid, bolted connection on both pipeline sides, offering excellent mechanical stability for permanent installations, high-vibration lines, and dead-end service.
Vulcanized rubber seat: The elastomer is permanently bonded to the body during vulcanization, creating a leak-proof seal without removable components.
ISO 5211 top flange: The valve's upper flange is machined to ISO 5211 standards, allowing direct mounting of electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators without custom adapters, simplifying automation integration.

Because the valve is equipped with a vulcanized rubber seat, the elastomer is permanently bonded to the body and cannot be replaced in the field. For applications requiring a replaceable seat design, please contact our technical team to discuss alternative valve configurations.
