Tianjin Worlds Valve Co., Ltd. presents a 14-inch (DN350) double flanged butterfly valve engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring excellent chemical resistance and reliable shut-off. This valve features a WCB carbon steel body, a CF8 (AISI 304) stainless steel disc, a vulcanized Viton (FKM) seat, and an SS304 stem, all rated to Class 150LB. The double flanged design provides secure bolted connections on both sides, making it suitable for permanent pipeline installations, high-vibration lines, and dead-end service.

The WCB body offers good mechanical strength and weldability at a cost-effective price, with an epoxy coating for external corrosion protection. The CF8 disc provides good corrosion resistance for general industrial fluids, while the SS304 stem ensures reliable torque transmission.

The vulcanized Viton seat is chemically bonded to the valve body during a high-temperature molding process. This construction eliminates any potential leakage path between the seat and the body, prevents seat displacement under pressure surges, and offers excellent resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemicals, oils, fuels, and high-temperature media. Important note: The vulcanized seat is not field-replaceable; it is manufactured as an integral part of the valve body. Viton (FKM) offers superior performance compared to standard elastomers, with an operating temperature range of approximately -20°C to +250°C and excellent resistance to hydrocarbons, acids, and solvents.

The double flanged body conforms to standard face-to-face dimensions per ISO 5752 / EN 558 (Series 13 or Series 20). Flange drilling is compatible with ANSI B16.5 Class 150, EN 1092, or other international standards upon request. A gear operator is typically supplied for this size, though hand lever or actuated options are also available. The top flange can be machined to ISO 5211 for direct actuator mounting.
