Product Overview:

Tianjin Worlds Valve Co., Ltd. offers a 5-inch (DN125) pneumatic wafer butterfly valve featuring a CF8M (AISI 316) stainless steel body and disc, a PTFE seat, and a split body design for easy maintenance. The valve is equipped with a double-acting pneumatic actuator and an integrated limit switch for remote position feedback, making it ideal for automated on/off or modulating control in corrosive service environments.

The split body construction allows the valve to be disassembled without removing it from the pipeline, simplifying seat replacement and inspection. The CF8M material provides excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride attack–well suited for seawater, chemical processing, food and beverage, and high-purity applications. The PTFE seat is chemically inert to almost all industrial acids, alkalis, and solvents, offering a low-friction, non-stick sealing surface with a temperature range of -35℃ to +200℃.

The double-acting pneumatic actuator requires air pressure on both sides to open and close (no spring return), providing fast response and precise control. The limit switch mounted on the actuator sends electrical signals to confirm the valve’s open or closed position.

Rated PN10 and available in a compact wafer design that installs directly between standard EN 1092 or ANSI B16.5 flanges using through-bolts, this valve saves space, weight, and installation time. The top flange conforms to ISO 5211 for direct actuator mounting.
