Introduction:

The double-offset geometry delivers low torque, bidirectional bubble-tight shut-off, and extended cycle life.

Why the double-offset design?  

The double-offset geometry reduces friction between the disc and seat during opening and closing. This generally results in lower torque requirements and extended seat life compared to concentric designs. However, specific torque values and cycle life data vary by configuration – please request a technical datasheet for your selected options.

ISO 5211 Top Flange  

The valve’s top mounting pad is machined to ISO 5211 dimensions. This standard interface allows quick and reliable mounting of actuators from any brand that complies with ISO 5211, simplifying automation integration.

Flanged Connections  

Flanged ends provide robust, leak-free installation in pipelines. They are especially suitable for larger sizes like DN400 and for applications where frequent disassembly for maintenance is required. Please confirm your required flange standard and facing type (e.g., raised face, flat face) before ordering.
