2. Body Material–Ductile Iron (GGG40)

• High Strength–Ductile iron offers approximately twice the tensile strength of gray iron, providing reliable performance under PN16 pressure surges.

• Impact Resistance–The nodular graphite structure withstands mechanical shock and pipeline vibration.

• Corrosion Protection–Combined with standard epoxy coating (250μm minimum), the body resists corrosion in water and wastewater service.
